Work in an inbound call support center that provides customer assistance working with VersaCheck, VersaInk and Printers that provide check writing solutions to small business and personal users
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide phone support to customers requesting software or hardware support
Provide support to all levels of difficulty- from software use, determining operating system incompatibilities, integration of VersaCheck software with other applications
As needed, work with development, sales, or administrative staff to support customer needs within established company procedures
Requirements and Experience
Possess strong skills in problem-solving
Must be able to communicate positively and effectively with customers
Have the ability to interact with customers at their level of need
Possess strong work ethic
Able to work in a team environment
Software development knowledge helpful
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite. Quickbooks skills helpful
