The Epson™ ET-M1170MX MICR - EcoSaver Mono Printer is a cartridge-free monochrome business printer that lets you print checks and documents with bank compliant Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) ink.
Easy-to-use, this printer saves you 50-80% or more vs. buying pre-printed checks from banks and mail-order suppliers. And the M1170MX is equally able to handle high-volume document printing.
The M1170MX wireless monochrome printer offers revolutionary cartridge-free printing with an innovative, easy-to-fill supersized ink tank. It includes enough ink in the box to print up to 7,800* pages. The M1170MX features fast print speeds and a fast first page out. Plus, it offers a 250-sheet paper tray, automatic 2-sided printing, as well as wired and wireless networking.
This is a tank-based system with no cartridges. Simply pour the included Versaink™ MICR ink into the ink tank and you have enough ink to print over 7,800* pages. Compare this to other models yielding only 300* pages.
This system includes VersaCheck® Presto software to begin printing checks right away. Also included is the GoTest™ MICR line scanner to confirm your checks are printing with bank compliant MICR ink!
